From introductory basics to advanced power tumbling, each class helps athletes build strength, confidence, and control while moving through skills at a pace that fits their individual growth.

PAW BY PAW

Beginner Tumbling Class
Our Paw by Paw classes introduce athletes to the fundamentals of proper technique while building strength, coordination, and confidence. No experience is needed. Athletes learn rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and kick-overs as we guide them step by step through essential progressions.

POUNCING PAWS

Intermediate Tumbling Class
Pouncing Paws is designed for athletes ready to take on more challenging skills while reinforcing strong basics. Students continue building strength and control as they work on walkovers, handsprings, and aerials, progressing with clear instruction and steady confidence.

ADVANCED TUMBLING CLASS

Our Advanced Tumbling class is ideal for athletes developing power skills such as tucks, layouts, twisting skills, and other airborne progressions. This level is recommended for athletes 10 and older or those confidently working beyond handsprings. Athletes can train through private lessons or advanced open gym sessions, with walk-ins welcome.
